Protection of personal data

Scope of personal data and processing purposes

I process personal information you entrust to me for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

provision of services, performance of the contract
your personal information in the scope of: email, phone, name we absolutely need to fulfill the contract (eg sending accesses to the application, sending an online course, etc., delivery of goods.

If you are a customer, we need your personal data (billing information) to comply with the statutory obligation to issue and record tax documents.

If you are our customer, we are doing a legitimate interest, as we reasonably believe that you are interested in our news, for 7 years from the last order.
If you are not our customer, we will send you newsletters only for your approval, for a period of X years from the award. In both cases, you can revoke your consent by using a sign-in link in each email you send.

Your rights in connection with the protection of personal data

You can invoke the right of access at any time, and I will provide you with a 30-day time limit within which to process your personal data and why.

If something changes or you find your personal information outdated or incomplete, you have the right to add and change your personal information.

You have the right to limit your processing if you think I am processing your inaccurate data, you think I am processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all the data or if you have objected to the processing.
You can limit the range of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, dropping out of the newsletter restricts the purpose of processing to send business messages.)

The right to portability

If you would like to take your personal information and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed as you would with the right of access - except that I will give you the information in machine-readable form. I need at least 45 days here.

Right to be deleted (be forgotten)

Your next right is the right to erase (be forgotten). I do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right. In this case, it will erase all your personal data from your system and from the system of all subprocessors and backups. I need 90 days to secure the right to delete.

In some cases, I am bound by a statutory obligation, and for example I have to register the tax documents issued after the statutory period. In this case, it will delete all such personal data that is not bound by any other law. I will notify you by e-mail about the completion of deletion.

Complaint at the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that I do not keep your data compliant with the law, you are entitled to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time with your complaint. I will be glad if you first inform me of this suspicion,

Unsubscribe from newsletters and business announcements

If you are not a customer yet, it is only upon your consent. In both cases, you can stop subscribing to emails by pressing the logout link in each email you send.

Secrecy

I would like to assure you that my employees and co-workers who will process your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures whose disclosure would jeopardize the security of your personal information. This confidentiality persists even after the end of our engagement with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any third party.
This Privacy Policy applies from 25 May 2018 and replaces the previous Privacy Policy.
